I would include a note with both returns explaining your employer's error.

If the only problem was an incorrect W-2, and they actually withheld MI tax and paid it to MI, you ignore WI and you are done. You should not have filed with a known incorrect W-2, but if you filed electronically, in this case it wouldn't hurt.
